Summary of duties

Reporting to the Software Development Manager, the Application Developer is responsible for programming and deploying software and web applications. The incumbent is constantly looking for new ideas and works with other team members to develop new concepts and improve the quality of products.

In addition, he/she will solve technical problems by examining the logic of existing systems and documenting solutions.

Main responsibilities

• Analyses and masters the web technology domain in order to design optimal solutions;
• Masters the components and interrelationships of systems (JavaScript, GIT, C#, .Net, node.js, etc.);
• Participates in the execution of development activities and the evolution of complex systems;
• Searches, recommends and applies best practices for software/software configuration and development;
• Carries out checks and tests;
• Ensures the performance of solutions by controlling the operational functioning of the applications and systems developed;
• Ensures the continuous improvement of processes and the means to increase their efficiency;
• Any other related tasks.

Education and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, software engineering or equivalent;
• 3 years of experience in programming and/or development of software and/or business applications;
• Good knowledge of the whole software development / business application cycle;
• Good knowledge of all technologies (web, mobile, etc.) in order to advise solutions.
