Summary of duties
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for communications between DMIB and Mitchell. The incumbent will perform administrative functions to assist sales and the various service departments.
Main responsibilities
- Manage Mitchell’s emails;
- Make contact with Mitchell representatives;
- Prepare proposals and contracts for Mitchell;
- Open service calls;
- Accounts for end of day;
- Handles orders;
- Verify products according to internal requests;
- Participates in the inventory of office supplies;
- Performs merchandise returns and adjusts inventory accordingly;
- Follows up on equipment on back order;
- All other related tasks.
Training and experience required
- DEP in accounting;
- 1 year experience;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
